Fanuc IC693PWR322 Power Supply

The IC693PWR322 is the DC-input standard power supply for GE Fanuc Series 90-30 racks, designed for panels that provide 24 or 48 VDC nominal. It delivers up to 30 W total across three rails: +5 V (logic), +24 V isolated (often used for 24 V input modules or internal module power), and +24 V relay (for relay output coils). Typical start/running range is 21–56 VDC (start) and 18–56 VDC (run), giving headroom for brownouts; size upstream supply and wiring accordingly. The unit installs in the leftmost baseplate slot and supports standard 90-30 CPUs and I/O on the same rack. Battery is not included.
Output allocation & notes: each rail has its own capacity (commonly cited +5 V 15 W, +24 V isolated 20 W, +24 V relay 15 W), but the sum of all rails must not exceed 30 W. Confirm your module backplane loads and any 24 V consumption before selection.
