Start a return request
Contact contact@xindustra.com before returning any product. Include the order reference, complete manufacturer part number, reason for the request and clear photos when the product or packaging is damaged.
A return is not authorized until Xindustra issues written return instructions. Products sent back without authorization may be refused or delayed.
Return eligibility
Eligibility and the applicable return window are governed by the terms stated in the quotation or order confirmation. Approved products generally must be unused, uninstalled, complete and returned in the same condition and packaging in which they were supplied.
- The supplied part number or condition does not match the confirmed order
- The product arrives with verified transit damage
- A return is otherwise approved by Xindustra in writing
Products that may not be returnable
Special-order, sourced-to-request, final-sale, installed, programmed, modified, repaired or customer-damaged products may not be eligible for return. Opened factory-sealed packaging may also affect eligibility and value.
Inspection and authorization
Returned products are inspected against the approved return request. Serial numbers, labels, accessories, packaging and product condition must match the supplied item. Testing may be required before a resolution is issued.
Refunds, replacements and charges
After an approved return passes inspection, Xindustra will confirm the applicable refund, replacement, repair or account credit. Original shipping, return freight, customs costs and reasonable restocking charges may be deducted unless the return results from our verified supply error.
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method where practical. Bank and payment-provider processing times are outside Xindustra’s control.
Warranty claims
A warranty claim is separate from a standard return. Warranty duration, scope and remedy are the terms stated for the specific product in the quotation or order confirmation. Manufacturer warranties may not apply to independently sourced products.
