Order processing
Dispatch timing begins after the product, quantity, condition, payment and delivery details have been confirmed. Estimated processing and lead times are stated in the quotation or order confirmation.
Orders containing multiple products may ship together or in separate consignments. We will identify split shipments when they materially affect timing or cost.
Shipping methods and charges
Standard delivery to eligible United States addresses is included at no additional charge for products completed through the website checkout. Available carriers and service levels depend on the destination, product dimensions, declared value and any handling restrictions.
Orders outside the United States and orders requiring special handling are arranged by quotation. Any applicable shipping charge is disclosed before payment.

Delivery estimates
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, unless Xindustra expressly agrees otherwise in writing. Carrier delays, customs clearance, severe weather, public holidays and events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
International orders, duties and taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees and local compliance requirements. Responsibility for these charges and the applicable delivery term will be identified in the quotation or order confirmation.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate consignee, tax and import information and for obtaining any permits required at the destination unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Tracking and delivery
Tracking details are provided when available after dispatch. The customer should inspect the package promptly and record visible damage or shortages with the carrier at delivery.
Report a missing, damaged or materially incomplete shipment to contact@xindustra.com as soon as possible, including the order reference, packaging photos and carrier documentation.
Address changes
Contact us immediately if a delivery address needs to change. Once an order has been released to the carrier, rerouting may be unavailable or may incur additional charges.
