These terms apply to your use of xindustra.com and to commercial transactions with Hubei Chengyi Trading Co., Ltd. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with the applicable quotation or order confirmation.
If a signed agreement, quotation or order confirmation conflicts with these website terms, the more specific written commercial document controls for that transaction.
Website information
Catalog content is provided to support identification and sourcing. Product images, descriptions, specifications, prices and availability may change and must be confirmed against the complete manufacturer part number before purchase or installation.
You are responsible for determining product suitability, compatibility and regulatory requirements for your application. Manufacturer names and trademarks are used only for identification and remain the property of their owners.
Quotations and orders
An eligible United States website order is accepted when the checkout shows payment confirmation. Other website submissions, carts and quotation requests are not accepted as orders until Xindustra confirms the commercial terms in writing.
If a paid order cannot be fulfilled because of an inventory, pricing, compliance or address error, we will notify the customer and return the applicable payment to the original payment method.
Pricing and payment
United States website checkout prices are shown in USD and include standard delivery. The complete payable amount, including any applicable tax, is displayed before payment. We do not add a separate PayPal processing fee.
Pricing, shipping, duties, taxes and payment terms for orders arranged by quotation are stated in the applicable quotation or order confirmation.
Title, risk of loss and delivery obligations follow the delivery term stated in the order confirmation. Products remain subject to any applicable retention-of-title rights until payment is received in full.
Product condition and warranty
Products may be supplied as new original, new surplus, used, refurbished or repaired, as identified in the confirmed order. Packaging, manufacturing date and cosmetic condition can vary for surplus and previously handled products.
Any Xindustra warranty is limited to the duration, scope and remedy stated in the quotation or order confirmation. Xindustra is an independent supplier and manufacturer warranties may not apply unless expressly confirmed.
Delivery, cancellation and returns
Shipping is governed by our Shipping & delivery policy and the specific order confirmation. Cancellation and return rights are governed by our Returns & refunds policy and any product-specific terms agreed before purchase.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful material or reproduce substantial website content for commercial use without permission.
The Xindustra name, website design and original content are owned by or licensed to Hubei Chengyi Trading Co., Ltd. Third-party product names, logos and documentation remain subject to their owners’ rights.
Liability and force majeure
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Xindustra is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including production loss, lost profit or business interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs action, natural disaster, conflict, epidemic, government restriction or upstream supply interruption.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when an order is confirmed applies to that transaction unless otherwise agreed in writing.
