Product Description

The IC693CHS391 is the 10-slot modular CPU baseplate used in GE Fanuc Series 90-30 systems. The power supply mounts in the leftmost (unnumbered) position, the CPU (or specialty option) occupies Slot 1, and Slots 2–10 accept I/O or option modules. A DB-25 expansion port on the right supports connection to expansion or remote baseplates. Only one CPU baseplate is allowed per system (additional racks are expansion/remote). Follow installation rules from the hardware manual (e.g., populate unused slots with IC693ACC310 filler modules). Typical internal backplane consumption is ~420 mA @ +5 V, physical size ≈ 17.44 × 5.12 × 5.59 in. Typical uses: main rack for 90-30 systems needing a larger local I/O count; like-for-like replacements; staged migrations while keeping existing field wiring.
