They are breaking-capacity codes. Each code has a different Icu/Ics rating at common system voltages (e.g., 400/415/440/690 V). Pick the code that safely exceeds your calculated fault level.
Use Ekip when you need wider adjustable ranges, LS/LSI/LSIG functions, better selectivity, event indication, or coordination with sensitive downstream devices. TMD is ideal for simple feeders with predictable loads.
3P for three-phase systems without neutral switching. 4P when you must make/break the neutral with the phases (e.g., certain distribution schemes or harmonics management).
