At Xindustra, we are committed to providing reliable service and high-quality industrial products. This Return & Refund Policy explains when returns or refunds may be accepted, how to request them, and how warranty cases are handled.


1) Return Eligibility

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective or not functioning as intended

  • The item was damaged during transit (photo or video evidence required)

  • The wrong item was shipped

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging, unless the issue is a confirmed defect or shipping damage

  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or invoice)

Returns are not accepted for damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.


2) How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@xindustra.com within 30 days of receiving your order and provide:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos or videos showing the issue (if applicable)

If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Return shipping labels may be provided at our discretion, depending on the case and destination.


3) Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).


4) Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped item, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

  • If a return is approved for non-fault reasons (e.g. ordered by mistake, no longer needed), return shipping costs will be borne by the customer and may be deducted from the refund.


5) Custom, Special-Order & Quoted Items

The following items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged in transit:

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Items sourced specifically on request

  • Items marked as Final Sale

For orders that required a manual shipping quote, customers may decline the quoted shipping cost before dispatch and request order cancellation. If payment has already been captured, a refund for the item price will be issued according to this policy.


6) Failed Delivery & Returns to Sender

  • If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or recipient unavailability, any additional shipping or return-to-sender fees will be deducted from the refund.

  • If re-shipment is requested, additional shipping costs will apply.


7) Warranty Coverage

Most Xindustra products include a 12-month limited warranty, covering manufacturing defects under normal use.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Refund (at our discretion)

Warranty claims are handled separately from standard returns and do not automatically qualify for a refund.
